I purchased this from a fellow 501st Legion member. It was made by a member of the Mos Eisley Police Department (MEPD) which is the the sub-group of the 501st who specialize in Sandtrooper costuming. I was told that this backpack meets the criteria for SWAT level in the MEPD, and that it has never been trooped in.
Sandtroopers of course are the stormtroopers seen on the desert world of Tatooine in the original Star Wars movie (A New Hope).
I am a 501st Legion member, but only as a regular TK stormtrooper, I have never had a full TD Sandtrooper costume to submit for approval. I was going to build one, but now that is no longer possible, so I am selling this backpack.
